A recent portrait commission for a healer - this painting has a touch of gold leaf on the feathers, which symbolise angelic connections.

The old chap in this painting was ninety - he'd been a fairground boxer and a music hall singer in his day! And the lady in the painting below is also an unusual character - except she's totally fictitious of course... it's an 'almost' copy of a painting by Waterhouse, one of the Pre-Raphaelites - which I painted when we lived by the sea in Devon, as it seemed appropriate to have a mermaid in the house!
